Thierry attended STANFORD UNIVERSITY (BS/MS), then film school at the UNIVERSITY of SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA (MFA).

He then started out by directing five feature films (drama, action, suspense, horror and science fiction) in the US, EUROPE and ASIA.

During his film work, he has worked with such actors as Martin SHEEN, Bridget FONDA, Raoul JULIA, John HURT, Jason PATRICK, Karen BLACK, Ed ASNER, Michael YORK, James BROLIN and Haing NGOR.

Thierry has been directing TV commercials for the past ten years and has worked for such clients as COCA-COLA, SONY, SHARP, PANASONIC, MOBITEL, NEXTEL, GLOBE TELECOM, McDONALD’s, UNILEVER (Ponds, Close-Up, Sunsilk, Vaseline, Hazeline, Lifebuoy, Knorr), JOHNSON & JOHNSON, NESTLE (Milo, Nido, Bearbrand, Nescafe), WRIGLEY’S, PROCTER & GAMBLE (Tide, Old Spice, Safeguard, Secret, Rejoice, Pantene, Whisper, Downy), KIMBERLY-CLARK, MEAD JOHNSON, NOVARTIS, DEL MONTE, DOLE, CALTEX, WYETH, PRUDENTIAL, SAN MIGUEL CORPORATION, PIXY, VINAMILK, FINELINE, DJARUM, FERRERO.

He has worked all over South-East Asia, including Cambodia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam.

He especially enjoys working on commercials which combine strong concepts and storylines with exciting visuals.
